I feel your pain! Headlice are a nuisance. What I would recommend doing is giving it a thorough comb-through with a special thin tooth comb, usually available in pharmacies. Lather your hair in conditioner and make sure they are just GONE. Do this every night for about three days and they should be gone. To prevent them, I've heard citronella does the job.
